Title of lesson:Romeo and Juliet Interactive poster
Description of lesson: Students will be working in groups of 4-5 peers to create an interactive poster using glogster. Students will need to show their understanding of the different elements of Literature and themes relating to the text. Students will also need to show how Romeo and Juliet is still a piece of pop culture today.
Assignment: Students will link their final glog on the units of instruction page and then present it to the class the next day.
Resources/materials needed: Text of Romeo and Juliet, computer with internet access, lecture notes from previous classes.
Technology reflection: Students will be able to use their knowledge and their imaginations to show their understanding of the text we have been working on this unit.
Evaluation: (as a classroom teacher, this will be where you jot your notes on what went right, what needs to be changed, etc.)
Students should be able to enjoy this task because they will be able to use their own creativity and imagination to show their understanding. They will also be able to work on this project outside of the classroom as long as they have access to a computer with internet.
